Today on the show we smoke a cigar from one of the biggest personalities in the cigar industry, so it’s only fitting we reach for the biggest size in the line. The cigar comes from Steve Saka’s Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust and today we light up the Mi Querida Gran Buffalo which measures 7 x 64 and features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.

This week we travel down to one of the largest growers of tobacco on The Ash Holes as we broadcast live from Studio 21 Podcast Café. Plasencia started growing tobacco in Cuba where he located in 1865. In 1963 the family fled from Cuba to Mexico before landing in Nicaragua. Their tobacco is used in many different brands, but in 2017 the company began producing their own cigars.
