Nestor Miranda Special Selection Cigar Review

Davidoff Royal Release Review

We bring 2019 to a close with the most expensive cigar we have ever smoked on the show, the Davidoff Royal Release. Measuring at 5.5 x 55 the cigar is said to be crafted by either of Davidoff’s most experienced Master Rollers. It features a proprietary wrapper called Aromatica, Ecuador Habano binder and a five-varietal blend of Dominican tobacco aged eight years. We will let you know if this $80 cigar is worth the cost of admission.

Julius Caesar 1895 Review

Every AshHole in Cigarville loved Christmas a lot. But The Grinch who lived just outside of Cigarville did not. It could be, perhaps because his lighter was empty or it could be he just didn’t smoke the right cigar.

Diamond Crown Maximus Cigar Review

Stanford Newman wanted to create a hearty complement to the wildly successful Diamond Crown line. To accomplish this, he enlisted the help of two legendary cigar families, the Fuentes and Olivas. After years of collaboration, for the company’s 110th anniversary, J.C. Newman launched a full-flavored, bold cigar that could only be created by these three cigar masterminds, the Diamond Crown MAXIMUS.

The cigar made at the Fuente factory in the Dominican Republic features Ecuadorian El Bajo Sungrown wrapper and today we review the No. 4 which is part of the Diamond Crown Royal Sampler as well as boxes of 20.

It’s a collaboration between Single Cask Nation and Aganorsa Leaf and we tell you all about this cigar that was aged in Rye casks. It comes in 10 count boxes and was limited to 200 boxes. HVC Black Friday Cigar Review

Since 2015 Reinier Lorenzo the owner of HVC Cigars has released a stick to celebrate the most chaotic day of the year for retailers and many consumers, Black Friday. Like the rest of the HVC Portfolio they are produced at TABSA in Esteli, Nicaragua at the home of Aganorsa Leaf. Today we review the 2019 Edition which is limited to just 400 boxes of 50 cigars. It’s available in just one size called “Shorts” but we know it better as a Short Robusto.

Florida Sun Grown Cigar Review

Tobacco hasn't grown in Florida since 1890 when Jeff Borysiewicz decided to change that in 2013 when he planted tobacco on 8 acres of farmland in Clermont, Florida. Today his tobacco is used in cigars by some top cigar manufacturers including Drew Estate who produced the Florida Sun Grown featuring tobacco grown in the Sunshine state. The cigar was blended by Willy Herrera and we tell if a cigar containing Florida Sun Grown tobacco is worthy of The AshHoles.
